This committee plays powerful and responsible role for any organization. This committee protect from the legal issues. It tells which the right way/path/ to do. It has legal powers, authorities, acts, sections for any work/job/organization/ business. With the approval of the Minister, may make by-laws with respect to the conduct of the business of the KECT. ‘Legal Help’ to poor people is one of the objectives of KOTA EDUCATION AND CHARITABLE TRUST. A Law committee helps legal matters within the organisation and provides aid to poor people who needed legal aid. Consisting of dedicated volunteers, each committee focuses.
The State Law Committee consist of 11 members, shall from amongst themselves, elect the following office bearers:

COMMITTEE MEMBERS AND OFFICE BEARERS RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conducting the meetings for the particular Committee. Supervising, guiding and advising the committee members to run the Committee with discipline to achieve the goals as per the aims and objectives of the trust.
In the absence of the Chairperson the Vice-Chairperson will perform the duties of Chairperson.
To maintain the records of the committee, scheduling the meetings and communicating with the Committee members of all activities of the Committee for conducting meetings.
In absence of Secretary he/she will perform the duties of Secretary.
Maintenance of accounts, revenue and expenditure records.
Members shall attend the meetings and office on time to time based on the work given by the Committee. Members of the State Law Committee shall travel anywhere in the state based on the project work needed.
• Create legal awareness among the people.
• Advocacy and lobbying on human rights.
• Establish legal aid centres to help helpless
• Establish lawyer’s forum to monitor safe guard of constitutional rights.
• Create awareness on existing acts for women, children and workers of various Trade unions-unorganised sectors.
State Self employment Committee shall work out new methodologies, training programme on modules for teacher and children as well.
It shall work out on the ongoing research tools to encourage children enrolment in schools.
State Law Committee will nominate District, Mandal, Taluk and the Village Law Committee and monitor the activities of District/Mandal/Taluk/Village Law Committees.
All the Law Committees will work under the supervision, advice and guidance of the National Law Committee. Members of State Law Committee will be travelling in their respective States for approval, monitor the work at various levels assist the National Selection Committee.
The District/Mandal/Taluk/Village Law Committees of the state will submit their report to the State Law Committee. The State Law Committees will collect all the required personal data like address proof, educational qualification, PAN card, IT returns, personal profile, social standing of the prospective members of the Committee. The State Law Committee will submit the reports to the National Law Committee.
All the records of the meetings conducted along with minutes of the meeting and resolutions if any shall be in possession of Secretary. The quorum required to conduct the meetings is 2/3rd of the active members. The time period to conduct the meetings is at least once in a month.
All the office bearers have to attend the office everyday regularly to perform their duties.
Office expense to be shared equally by all the members of state committee and sub-committee.
