Health is one of the fundamental rights for every citizen in India. This committee identifies locations to built hospitals. This is very important to manage the staff, wages, selection of employee, how to keep the surroundings clean and Germanized, the wards of out/in patients need, how many beds they want, operation theatres and equipments, furniture they need etc…. Primary health centre became ‘night mare’ for rural poor lacking of basic amenities. No resident doctors are available in hospitals. Govt. Hospital conditions are too bad in reality. Health became a best price seller in the corporate health sector. In the concept of “reach the poor” KOTA EDUCATION AND CHARITABLE TRUST is initiating four bedded hospitals in rural areas across the country. KECT trust provided emergency staff with medical facility. Surgery’s and other emergency services are take care by this committee. Orphans, street children and poor children are given free treatment in case of emergency to them. Free medical checkups, camps etc. will be held by this committee.
The State Hospital Management Committee consist of 11 members, shall from amongst themselves, elect the following office bearers:

COMMITTEE MEMBERS AND OFFICE BEARERS RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conducting the meetings for the particular Committee. Supervising, guiding and advising the committee members to run the Committee with discipline to achieve the goals as per the aims and objectives of the trust.
In the absence of the Chairperson the Vice-Chairperson will perform the duties of Chairperson. To maintain the records of the committee, scheduling the meetings and communicating with the Committee members of all activities of the Committee for conducting meetings.
In absence of Secretary he/she will perform the duties of Secretary.
Maintenance of accounts, revenue and expenditure records.
Members shall attend the meetings and office on time to time based on the work given by the Committee. Members of the State Hospital Management Committee shall travel in their respective state based on the project work needed.
• To identify locations to built hospitals in rural areas.
• To identify hospitals and counselling centres for youth and elders who are addicted for bad habits.
• To provide best health service in these hospitals.
State Hospital Management Committee will nominate District, Mandal, Taluk and the Village Hospital Management Committee and monitor the activities of District/Mandal/Taluk/Village Hospital Management Committees.
All the Hospital Management Committees will work under the supervision, advice and guidance of the National Hospital Management Committee. Members of Hospital Management Committee will be travelling to all the States for approval, monitor the work at various levels and assist the National Hospital Management Committee.
The District/Mandal/Taluk/Village Hospital Management Committees of all states will submit their report to the State Hospital Management Committee. The Hospital Management Committees will collect all the required personal data like address proof, educational qualification, PAN card, IT returns, personal profile, social standing of the prospective members of the Committee. The State Hospital Management Committee will submit the reports to the National Hospital Management Committee.
All the records of meetings conducted along with minutes of the meeting and resolutions if any shall be in possession of Secretary. The quorum required to conduct the meetings is 2/3rd of the active members. The time period to conduct the meetings is at least once in a month.
All the office bearers have to attend the office everyday regularly to perform their duties.
Office expense to be shared equally by all the members of state committee and sub-committee.
