State Film and Cultural Committee is a main tool of campaign the speech less to speech. Ancient cultural forms, development scenario of Indian panorama made a great impact on people’s life. State Film and Cultural Committee foreseen these developments and make impact on Indian film and cultural to create greater impact in this sector.
State Film & Cultural Development Committee is responsible for advising and monitoring of State/ District/Taluk/Village Film & Cultural Development Committees as per the aims and objects of the trust in promoting the traditional arts of Indian Culture and to encourage youth to participate in preserving Indian culture and to generate employment for the unemployed. The National Film & Cultural Development Committee will have 11 members which includes the Chairperson.
Visual Media produces documentaries related to culture and Educational Issues etc and produces them in to CD/DVD formats for the consumption and unit centres. It also coordinates with other Research Centres, Universities, Governmental and Para-state Agencies etc.
b. Vice Chairperson
Conducting the meetings for the particular Committee. Supervising, guiding and advising the committee members to run the Committee with discipline to achieve the goals as per the aims and objectives of the trust.
In the absence of the Chairperson the Vice-Chairperson will perform the duties of Chairperson.
To maintain the records of the committee, scheduling the meetings and communicating with the Committee members of all activities of the Committee for conducting meetings.
In absence of Secretary he/she will perform the duties of Secretary
Maintenance of accounts, revenue and expenditure records.
Members shall attend the meetings and office on time to time based on the work given by the Committee. Members of the State Film and Cultural Committee shall travel anywhere in the state based on the project work needed.
National Committee will nominate State Film and Cultural Committee and monitor the activities of State Committee. State Film and Cultural Committee will work under the supervision, advice and guidance of the National Film and Cultural Committee. Members of State Film and Cultural Committee will be travelling in their respective States for approval, monitor evaluate the work at various levels assist the National Film and Cultural Committee.
The State Film and Cultural Committee of all states will submit their report to the National Film and Cultural Committee. The State Committees will collect all the required personal data like address proof, educational qualification, PAN card, IT returns, personal profile, social standing of the prospective members of the Committee. The State Film and Cultural Committee will submit the reports to the National Film and Cultural Committee.
All the records of the meetings conducted along with minutes of the meeting and resolutions if any shall be in possession of Secretary. The quorum required to conduct the meetings is 2/3rd of the active members. The time period to conduct the meetings is at least once in a month.
All the office bearers have to attend the office everyday regularly to perform their duties.
Office expense to be shared equally by all the members of state committee and sub-committee.
